Plan B

Ignition Transformation takes the human factor in digital change programmes very seriously. We regularly support organisations in identifying causes of poor collaboration and non-compliance at all levels in the wider organisation – problems which occur very often in digital change programmes. We also can help you address problems within the programme team, such as weak communication, factionalism or lack of voice. 
Plan B
Our Plan B - for “behaviour” – is a specialist division which addresses people, behavioural and attitudinal challenges. We will help an organisation unpick problems arising for human characteristics, attitudes and responses. We use a tailored approach for each unique situation, with a toolkit of techniques including behavioural analysis; focus groups and interviews to pinpoint opinions and attitudes; and psychometrics. 

Once we know the why, we can work on the what. We will help you develop a sophisticated persuasion strategy and implement the necessary remedial interventions, such as mediation. We will leave a practical legacy, including better understanding of the team dynamic and concrete plans for continued engagement and communication.
