We challenge assumptions; offer ideas, recommendations and guidance; and support the programme lead to formulate a strategy and initial action plan.
At programme inception, we use Ignition Transformation’s Scoping, Planning, Activities and Resources Consultation (Ignition SPARC). It’s a module designed to explore key questions. It’s staged as early as possible, to help you begin to frame the ambitions and thinking for the initiative. SPARC uses a combination of one-to-one consultations and group workshops.
Some clients also select optional light-touch governance support to keep the programme on track.
